The Awards are administered by the Organizing Committee (hereinafter — the “Organizer”), which ensures operational management, procedural integrity, and compliance with this Regulation.
The Awards are open to participants from multiple professional domains including, but not limited to:

- creative and cultural industries
- corporate leadership
- social impact initiatives
- public and non-profit projects
Participation in the Awards is voluntary and subject to compliance with the provisions established in this Regulation.

Applications that do not meet formal requirements may be rejected at this stage.

Submissions are reviewed for:

Silver Award — average score — 6.0 – 7.99
Bronze Award — average score — 5.0 – 6.99
Submissions receiving an average score below 5.0 do not qualify for an award.

All submitted materials are treated as confidential.
Jury members may not copy, distribute, or use submitted materials outside the evaluation process.

12. RIGHTS OF WINNERS
Winners may receive:

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
Participation in the Awards constitutes full acceptance of this Regulation.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Regulation when necessary to ensure the continued development and integrity of the Awards.
Any matters not explicitly addressed in this Regulation shall be resolved by the Organizer in accordance with the mission and principles of the Awards.
