What We Evaluate
Each submission is reviewed against five foundational criteria used across all Nova categories - adapted for the Visionaries Award:
  • Professional Impact
Clear, measurable contributions to enterprise growth, market leadership, or organizational transformation. We look for decisions that don’t just move the needle—but redefine what the dial measures.
  • Originality & Innovation
Demonstrated ability to anticipate change, challenge orthodoxy, and chart new pathways—whether through product reinvention, bold repositioning, or operational innovation.
  • Reputational Merit
Recognition among industry peers, boardrooms, and capital markets. Influence is measured not by volume, but by clarity—who listens when you speak, and why it matters.
  • Scalability & Applicability
Whether the strategies deployed are sustainable, repeatable, and transferable across contexts. The strongest entries reflect a mindset that thinks in ecosystems, not silos.
  • Sectoral Relevance
Alignment with broader economic, technological, or societal shifts—from advancing stakeholder capitalism to building more inclusive leadership models. We recognize those who lead within the moment—and beyond it.
Eligibility
Open to founders, C-suite executives, transformation officers, and entrepreneurial leaders redefining performance, purpose, and resilience across sectors. Eligible candidates may represent multinationals, high-growth ventures, family enterprises, or strategic units within larger institutions.

Submissions should reflect outstanding leadership that delivers lasting impact—whether through bold market strategies, operational reinvention, stakeholder alignment, or the cultivation of next-generation talent. We recognize those who not only lead companies, but elevate the standards by which leadership is measured.
