Dmytro Petlenko

Anastasiia Vaganova

Howard Maxfield

Carol Mghayar

She holds an M.Sc. in Sustainability, Society and the Environment from Kiel University and has about eight years of professional experience, including project work with the World Food Programme. From 2021 to 2025 she served as Impact Manager at The Generation Forest in Hamburg, and she has been a founding member of the ALOHAS Regenerative Foundation since 2021. In 2025–2026 she worked as Impact & Transformation Manager at Brommenschenkel GmbH.
She now works across sustainability, ESG, and regenerative transformation, with a focus on impact measurement and reporting that can stand up to scrutiny. Her approach is defined by substance, long-horizon thinking, and the refusal to separate environmental claims from operating reality.
Aleksandr Kalinin
